In 2007, AIGA, the professional association for design, redesigned its website inside and out. Happy Cog handled the visual design and the public-facing part of the site while Thirdwave created the custom CMS (content management system). However, the CMS was raw: it needed to be designed and given a look to sustain AIGA for the next few years. Liz Danzico, who was then at AIGA, got in touch with us to work in tandem with Thirdwave. Our role was to give the CMS a friendly look and feel for those working within AIGA who used this system day in and day out.
